Presentation Instructions for Long Papers

If you are a long paper presenter for Netgames 2015, please take note of the following:

  • Presentation time for each full paper is 25 min + 5 min Q&A.
  • Please find the Chair of your session before youˇ¦re about to present, and let the Session Chair know how to introduce you.

Presentation Instructions for Short Papers

If you are a short presenter for Netgames 2015, please take note of the following:

  • Your printed poster must be no larger than A0 size (1189 x 841mm or 46.81 x 33.11 inches) in Portrait orientation. We will provide the necessary material to mount your poster onto the board.

  • In addition to the Poster/Demo session, the workshop program will have a short oral presentation session to introduce each paper. Your presentation time slot will be up to 5 minutes. Please prepare no more than five slides for your presentation. To save time from notebook switching, please send your presentation slides to Mirko Suznjevic before Dec. 2, 2015.

Presentation Instructions for Demos

If you are a demo presenter for Netgames 2015, please take note of the following:
  • For your Demonstration, you will have to bring your own laptop.
  • In addition to the Poster/Demo session, the workshop program will have a short oral presentation session to introduce each poster. Your presentation time slot will be up to 5 minutes. Please prepare no more than three slides for your pesentation. To save time from notebook switching, please send your presentation slides to Mirko Suznjevic before Dec. 2, 2015.
